You can rent a unit online using our secure checkout. Once you choose the unit size you want and complete the checkout process, you’ll receive an email with instructions on accessing your unit.
We currently offer 10’x10’ and 10’x20’ unit sizes, and we are accepting outdoor storage requests.
A 10x10 unit is roughly half the size of a standard one-car garage, making it perfect for storing the contents of a one-bedroom apartment or office equipment and records.
10x20 units can comfortably house the contents of a multi-bedroom home, including large furniture pieces, appliances, and boxes, or serve as a spacious storage solution for commercial inventory and equipment.

Yes; security is very important to us. Our property is monitored by video surveillance 24/7, and each unit is individually locked and accessible via digital keypad.
Your payment schedule will be prorated and set on a 3-, 6-, 9- or 12-month basis, depending on what you select during the checkout process. You can also manage your account and make a payment via your online account, here. We accept credit cards, checks, and ACH as forms of payment.

Yes, renters are free to access their units at any time. We do not have set availability hours for our storage units.
For the safety and security of all our customers and to comply with Ohio state laws, we have specific restrictions on what can be stored in our units. Here’s a list of items that are strictly prohibited from being stored in our facilities:
- Hazardous Materials: Includes gasoline, propane tanks, fireworks, chemicals, and paint.
- Perishables: Food items or any other perishables that can attract pests or cause mold and odor are not allowed.
- Illegal Items: Storing stolen goods, illegal substances, or items obtained illegally is strictly prohibited.
- Weapons and Ammunition: Firearms, ammunition, and explosives are not permitted.
- Live Plants and Animals: Our units are not suitable environments for live plants or animals.
- Sensitive Documents or Goods Without Proper Storage Conditions: While not outright prohibited, we advise against storing sensitive documents or items that require specific climate conditions.
